- two handfuls fresh green beans steamed
- 1 golden beet roasted or grilled
- two handfuls of spring mix
- Balsamic vinaigrette(2 ounces EEOO, 1 ounce Balsamic, 2 teaspoons dijon, 1/2 teaspoon Mural of Flavor, salt and sugar to taste)
