• 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 Cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup  Olive OilIMAG0454
  • 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

Mix these and bring to a boil and pour over veggies.  Let marinate for 24 hours

2 stalk celery chopped
1 large bell pepper chopped.

1/2 cup green onion sliced

1.5 cup  frozen shoepeg corn

1.5 cup of frozen french style green beans

1.5 cup frozen peas

1 small jar small pimientos

1/2 tsp dill (optional)

handful chopped parsley (optional)
