• 2 cup warm water 110 F°
  • 2 packages of yeast
  • ½cup sugarDinner Rolls
  • ¼ cup butter (room temp)
  • 1 egg (room temp)
  • 2 t salt
  • 5½-6 cups quality all purpose flour
  1. Mix warm water and yeast stir till dissolved in a 2 cup liquid measuring cup
  2. Add sugar, butter, egg, and salt to your stand mixer or large bowl.
  3. Add yeast water mixture to bowl and mixture and mix for 1 minute
  4. Add 3 cups of flour and mix till smooth
  5. Add 2½ cups more of flour mix until just incorporated
  6. Add additional ½cup of flour if too sticky
  7. Put in a greased bowl  and wrap with film
  8. Let rise 2-24 hours
  9. Punch down and form rolls and put them on a baking sheet
  10. Cover with towel and let rise in a  warm draft free place  for 30 minutes
  11. Cook at 400º F for 8-10 minutes let cool on a wire rack.
